      TiO2 nanotubes have a high specific surface area (more than 300m2/g). And specific surface area has important influence on the catalytic performance of catalysts, TiO2 nanotubes for denitration catalyst carrier, and through the equivalent impregnation method of loading manganese oxide,preparation MnO2/TiO2 nanotube denitrification catalyst.The catalyst exhibited excellent denitrification performance at low temperature, especially the denitrification activity reached almost 100% at the temperature range of 100-220 °C.

      Manganese oxide has relatively high catalytic activity in low temperature denitrification (electrons in 3d orbital are very easy to migrate). By using high SSA TiO2 nanotubes as the carrier, on the one hand, the dispersion degree of manganese oxide can be improved, and more catalytic active sites can be exposed, and at the same time, the mass transfer process of the reaction can be improved.On the other hand, TiO2 nanotubes themselves have strong anti-sulfur poisoning ability.the amorphous manganese oxide active sites in the catalyst were uniformly dispersed on the surface of the carrier and the increase of Lewis acid content promoted the improvement of catalyst performance.

      The application of titanium dioxide nanotubes with large specific surface area in low temperature denitrification catalysis is of great significance for the development of denitrification field.
