Breif introduction of SiO2 nanopowder in inks:
1. The role of nano-silica in polyamide system ink.
At present, the ink industry uses alcohol-soluble polyamide resin instead. It uses dimerized fatty acid as a monomer and adds isobutyric acid to introduce branch chains on the main chain of polyamide, thereby improving the alcohol solubility of the resin and the stability in alcohol solvents. However, there are some deficiencies in the quality of alcohol-soluble polyamides, such as darker color, poor transparency, low gloss, alcohol solubility is worse than benzene solubility, and serious gelation. The nano silica particles are fully dispersed into the polyamide ink system through a sand mill as an auxiliary agent. Because of the small size effect of nano silicon dioxide, the viscosity of the polyamide decreases, and the formed ink film is flexible, non-stick, and wear-resistant. The performance is better, and the printing adaptability is effectively improved.
2. The role of nano SiO2 in retort-resistant composite oil ink. The role of silica nano in the retort-resistant composite ink is to maintain the good fluidity and fineness of the ink to prevent pigment sedimentation; during printing, it can improve the sagging performance of the ink film when the ink is printed on the machine, and prevent the formation of water marks. When coating, it is conducive to the uniform coating of the adhesive, avoiding the generation of air bubbles and improving the composite fastness. For the high fluidity and small size effect of nano-silica, the surface of the material is more dense and smooth, the friction coefficient becomes smaller, and the high strength of the nano-particles greatly enhances the wear resistance of the material. In addition, silicon dioxide nano has good aging resistance for inks used in outdoor decoration, advertising and other printed products. It can effectively reflect ultraviolet rays. When added to resins, it can greatly reduce the degradation of ultraviolet rays on resins and improve printing. The light fastness of the product, thereby delaying the aging of the material. Therefore, for the resin for ink, the addition of nano-silica greatly improves its anti-aging and friction resistance, and has anti-sticking and anti-settling effects at the same time.
