The difference: 

Hydrophilic silica features: 

1. It is a hydrophilic liquid phase silica obtained by hydrolysis of a volatile chlorosilanes in the oxyhydrogen flame.

2. It is composed of a silica as a white powder of high purity amorphous silica. Hydrophilic nano silica is moistened with water and can be dispersed in water, its surface not treated.
