Brief introduction of copper nanoparticle used in solar battery:
A laboratory used a magnetron sputtering system to deposit copper nanoparticles with different coverages on the surface of crystalline silicon solar cells, and used a solar cell without nanoparticles as a reference cell to study the influence of Cu nanoparticles on the electrical properties of solar cells. The results show that: in the process of increasing coverage, nano Cu particles mainly appear in the form of single nanoparticles, and few nanoparticles are agglomerated. The measurement results of current and voltage characteristics show that: the battery with 2% copper nanoparticle coverage The fill factor and conversion efficiency are the best. Compared with the reference cell, the fill factor of the 2% nano copper particle coverage cell has a relative increase of 36.5%, and the conversion efficiency has a relative increase of 37%.
