Nano molybdenum disulfide use


Molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles can be used for solid lubricating materials,have excellent lubricity for equipment in high temperature, low temperature, high load, high speed, chemical corrosion and modern ultra-vacuum conditions.  

Adding Molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles in lubricating oil, grease, polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon, paraffin, stearic acid can improve the lubrication and reduce the effect of friction, prolong the lubrication cycle, reduce the cost, improve the working conditions. 

It can be used as non-ferrous metal stripping agent and forging film lubricant.  In composite materials, MoS2 can be used as conductive filler to improve the electrical properties of polystyrene (PS), so that it has a certain antistatic ability without changing its insulation.  

In the preparation of catalysts, can be used as heavy oil conversion, fuel oil refining hydrogen catalyst, carbon monoxide methanation catalyst, coal liquefaction catalyst.

However, the use of Nano grade Zinc Oxide, the amountis only 30% -50% compared to the ordinary one,which reduces the cost of production, and the performance in the tensile properties, heat, aging, etc are far superior to ordinary zinc oxide powder.   2. In addition, because the particle size of ceramic material determines the microstructure and macroscopic properties of ceramic materials, if the particles of the powders are uniformly packed and the sintering shrinkage is uniform and the grain grows uniformly, then the smaller the particle size, the smaller the resulting defects, and the higher the strength of the prepared material, which may result in some unique performance that large particles do not have.   3.
