Soluble Nano fullerene are emerging in cosmetics field
More and more people are now paying attention to fullerenes. Fullerene is known as the "Nobel rejuvenation factor." Its antioxidant capacity is 172 times higher than that of vitamin C. It is recognized as the world's first high-performance anti-aging factor. So what exactly is fullerenes? Why is it so magical?
The first time you hear fullerene, you feel that the name is very chemical. In fact, it is indeed related to chemistry. Fullerene is the third allotrope found in elemental carbon. Fullerene is similar to graphite in structure, but graphite has only six-membered rings in its structure, whereas fullerene may have five-membered rings. The structure of fullerenes is similar to that of the architect Fuller, so it is called fullerenes.
Fullerene was discovered by scientists in 1985, and its appearance has greatly promoted the development of nanomaterials and is known as the "Nano Prince." So, how can this Nobel Prize material become a diamond grade raw material for the cosmetics industry?
Because 80% of skin aging problems are caused by free radicals. What is a free radical? From a chemical point of view, a free radical is an oxygen molecule that lacks an electron. It is very active and easily reacts chemically with other substances (this process is called "oxidation"), thereby damaging the body's tissues and cells and causing various Chronic diseases and aging effects.
Scientific research shows that our body cells are attacked by free radicals at least 73,000 times per day. Free radicals will directly attack the skin, causing it to lose its elasticity and become rough, resulting in wrinkles and stains. Therefore, all kinds of anti-aging skin care methods are designed to eliminate excess free radicals in time and prevent the skin from being harmed.
In the field of cosmetics, Nano fullerene is a high-end anti-aging raw material, having excellent biological activity, which can absorb the elimination of free radicals like sponge water absorption, thus cutting off the source of the skin problems, and rejuvenate the young and healthy makeup. An effective concentration of water-soluble fullerenes provides sufficient water storage, damage, and skin resistance to aging and UV-damaged skin stratum corneum.
