1. Nano nickel powder using as metal bond matrix agent:

Due to the Low melting point of the nano nickle powder, it can be used as Metal bond matrix agent of such products like the diamond saw blade ,
segment , grinding wheel , thin-walled drill,  nano cobalt powder and nano nickel powder is the main binder material, but the price of cobalt powder is higher, the nano nickle is better.


2. Nano nickel powder using as lubricant resistant agent:

Research shows that in MHK - 500 type ring friction and wear testing machine, add the nano nickel powder (diameter 10~50 nm) in mineral oil lubrication, the performance results shows that in low sliding speed (sliding speed at 1.285 m/s and 2.57 m/s), add nano nickel powder can effectively reduce the friction.


3. Nano nickel powder using as NI-MH battery(nickel-metal hydride battery) material:

Nano nickel powder is the main material of NI-MH battery which has single large capacity, stable discharge characteristic, versatility, and the advantages of small calorific value, the NI-MH battery has been widely use.


4. Nano nickel powder using as magnetic materials:

Due to its small size and physics magnetic property, nano nickel powder as magnetic materials are widely used in biomedical field, as a variety of anticancer drug carrier, formed a kind of magnetic targeting drug delivery system;Made of nanometer nickel powder magnetic magnetic microspheres also can be widely used for magnetic separation of immune cells, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imaging, etc. Under the action of alternating electromagnetic field with it’s magnetic features, can generate heat to kill tumor cells, achieve the goal of treatment of tumor.
